GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION

The general conditions below are intended to preserve the best commercial relations and are based on common market practices.

1 - The training will be subject to change of dates and depends on a minimum quorum for its realization. Confirmation of training will be given up to 10 days before the date of completion;

2 - The data of the person responsible for the registration, the financial person responsible for the company and the subscribers must be informed accurately to guarantee our good communication;

3 - Substitution of registered participants must be made up to 24 hours before the event.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations 7 days or more in advance of the event date All amounts paid will be fully refunded within 48 hours of formalizing the cancellation, which must be sent via e-mail to the person responsible for registration.

Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the date of the event If payment is pending, only 50% of the agreed amount will be charged; If payment has been made, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded within 48 hours of the date of formalization of cancellation, via e-mail from the person responsible for registration.

Cancellations requested 48 hours or less before the date of the event If payment is pending, the full registration fee will be charged; If payment has been made, no refunds are due; In both cases, the company will be credited with the corresponding amount for use in training carried out by PWM, to take place within 180 days of the training in question.

Non-attendance of the participant without notice The non-attendance of the participant(s) to the event without prior notice will maintain the obligation on the part of the contracting party to settle the registration fee.
